Link Arts Kickboxing Club

LinkArts Kickboxing & Fitness was developed by Sensei Desmond Burke 3rd Dan; who came through the ranks of The Mu-gen-do (The Unlimited Way) teachings created by Master Sensei Meiji Suzuki. Mu-gen-do combined kickboxing with a mix of sweeps, throws and grappling & self-defence techniques that allows practitioners to be fully prepared for every eventuality.

Sensei Desmond of LinkArts has now taken the LinkArts concept even further by including a more scientific methods to the format of the classes which includes mobility of the joints and pulse raising exercises before stretching which leads into the main class, a short circuit training session which includes interval training techniques and a warm down and stretch to finish.
