Lingua (UK)

Lingua has given language training courses in English, French, Spanish, Chinese and a number of other world languages since 1987. We are specialists in supporting the needs of professional, business and social contact with colleagues from different countries. We provide training in many centres across the UK, for instance in London, Bristol, Leeds and Manchester. Lingua additionally supports broader language courses such as the classical languages below.

Airbus, BP, Fujitsu, Matra Marconi, Motorola, Orange, Rio Tinto, RFU, Siemens, Total, Unilever, Warner Bros and many other businesses have used our training support for their personnel. So too have a number of government and other organisations: BBC, The Home Office, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, MoD, HM Customs and Excise, and Oxfam.

The company was set up in the English city of Bristol, originally under the name Multilingua. The merger with Lingua in the late 90s extended the training provision across the UK and in Europe. We provide a fully managed learning service for HR teams.
