Light Holistics Therapy & Yoga

From a young age I was interested in meditation and the meaning of life. My search led me to India and to various different teachers from different traditions including Buddhist, Christian, Hindu and Sufi. I was led to the practise of Meditation and Yoga and after many years Reiki which profoundly effected me.

I became interested in holistic therapies such as reflexology and massage as a way to reach out to people and share some of the wonderful peace and elevation I had experienced on my journey. I discovered that the same feeling I experienced in meditation was transmitted in holistic therapies.

This feeling in India is called "Prana" and in China "Ki" meaning the universal life force. In the Western traditions we use the word Spirit or Holy Spirit. This subtle vitality is a great source of harmony, health and happiness and it energises my work.
