Paul a Chartered Surveyor, is based at our Hexham and Penrith offices. He has over 30 years experience within the industry and now specialisies in historic property conservation His passion for this topic has lead to him being an Accredited Conservation Surveyor as awarded by RICS in 2013. In addition he is a Heritage Skills Ambassador for the North of England Civic Trust and also working as a Building Consultant to The National Trust.
Within the RICS he is an Accredited Assessor for the Assessment of Professionals (1996 - current: Building Surveyors Division.) Paul loves to participate in competitive sailing when he has a spare moment and can be found on Lake Ullswater come rain or shine.
