We are also members of The Property Ombudsman for our lettings and leasehold management business.We are landlords ourselves, we only specialise in block management and letting and are proud to own our own block management showcase. We have a clear and transparent charging policy for both Landlords and tenants, we charge a one-off fee for a tenant find service, no recurring annual fees at contract renewals and very competitive rates for all of our packages.
