As a client of Letting Solutions - whether tenant or landlord/investor - you don't pay us a penny in fees until we have delivered the service requested. There are no up front fees. For the convenience and security of our clients we offer a 7 day emergency service together with extensive normal business hours for other matters. Our custom designed business premises in Livingston Village have plenty free parking.
