LetRisks brings together the combined strengths of Let Insurance Services (LIS) and PropertyRisks, under a single brand identity, as two of the UK's leading insurance and referencing firms. As of 1st March 2012, both companies merged to form LetRisks, an exciting force within the let property market.

Michael Portman, founder and Managing Director of LIS and Miles Ritchie, founder of PropertyRisks have led the merger to create a strong and robust business, offering a wide range of tailored insurance products and specialist tenant referencing services.

LetRisks is backed by substantial investment from the Lumley Group which has over 100 years of experience in the insurance market, with an extremely successful track record in the Lloyd's and general insurance markets, having owned companies in both sectors, including let property insurance. Philip Cook, a past Chairman of ARLA and founder of Ashton Burkinshaw, is Chairman with fellow directors, Robert Lumley and Tony Trueman on the Board.
