Leonard Peters

Leonard Peters started life over 40 years ago in 1969. We have been working in both Property Management and Estate Agency since this time, during which we have gained a huge amount of property knowledge in the the local market.

Our office is located on the London Road by Chalkwell Park and we work across the following areas Shoeburyness, Thorpe Bay, Southend, Westcliff, Chalkwell, Leigh, Hadleigh and Rochford.

We ensure we keep up to date with changing legislation which in turn we make sure we are compliant with and our clients are made aware. Recent types of legislation are the Energy Performance Certificates and the Deposit Protection Scheme. Our experience of dealing with all types of properties locally means we can advise our clients on the issues they may face with the management and maintenance of their properties for example if the property is located in the Conservation Area there will be restrictions on what can and cant be changed in respect to the fabric of the building.
