Lee Air Conditioning (Services) Ltd was established in 1980 and has therefore been providing engineering solutions to the highest standard for over 30 years. We design and install mechanical systems including air conditioning, plumbing, ventilation and heating equipment and work in a number of industries such as hotels, restaurants, offices, public buildings, houses, computer rooms and information technology environments.

The function of service and maintenance is to maximise the performance and lifetime of installed equipment. During tough economic times this aspect can be overlooked. However short term financial gains will be much smaller than the long term financial cost of neglecting service and maintenance. We offer service and maintenance contracts ranging from a single domestic boiler to the total electrical, mechanical and facilities management package at large hotels.

Once you enter into a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Contract with us you can be reassured that assistance is only a quick call away 24 hrs a day 365 days a year, and that the phone will be answered by someone with an understanding of your issues as we do not use any automated answering services.
