Both partners of the practice, namely Dale Dewing and Sandeep Shah are FCCA qualified and have over 25 years public practice experience each and throughout their careers they have formed close connections with many other accountants, financial advisers, solicitors, banks, tax offices etc. Leadermans was originally established by Dale in 1998 and has seen significant growth since these early days, especially following the timely arrival in August 2000 of Sandeep Shah. All members of our team at Leadermans continue to attend regular courses and seminars to keep up to date with the ever-changing legislation affecting businesses. At Leadermans, we offer a complete service for clients from bookkeeping, preparation of VAT returns, payroll processing, through management accounts preparation to final accounts production, audit compliance, company secretarial work, and all aspects of taxation including personal, corporate and capital taxes. These very competitively priced services are offered with a close and personal, hands on approach where the main objective is to help clients to develop their business through proper planning and monitoring. Both Dale and Sandeep are contactable at all times and are available for appointments outside of office hours, i.e. evenings and weekends.
