Le Strange Old Barns

Exhibiting around 200 paintings one of the largest and finest collections of original paintings in the country, predominantly watercolours of local scenes. Currently the work of fifteen artists, some local, others exhibiting countrywide, they include Roger Clark, Ken Burton, Fred Betteridge, Ken Tidd, Clare Gascoigne, Simon Trinder, John Horsewell, Caroline Richmond, Angela Hewitt, Peter Basham, Sally Lidgett and Lizzie Jackson. A collection of traditional art not to be missed and all offered at most realistic prices.

A taster of the types of paintings you can expect from the large selection available in the art gallery. The antiques barn is home to twelve independent dealers offering a constantly changing rich variety of antiques and collectables, and includes a large selection of second hand books. Various craftspeople demonstrate here on different days of the week.
