At 16 I went straight into an apprenticeship training one day a week at a private college in Worcester (Akers Academy) and then working in Ogles Spa on the high street in Pershore the rest of the time. I qualified after 18 months and was fortunate to stay with Ogles for a total of 8 more years gaining experience and confidence with the help of an extensive team.
Over my career I have attended many courses to keep my skilled updated, I was also lucky enough to travel to Las Vegas and LA on a worldwide symposium and attended seminars over there which I found to be extremely inspiring and useful.
