LC Sports Therapy

As well as running my private practice, I work with local sports groups to provide Sports Therapy, Remedial and Sports Massage. I work with recreational athletes of all ages and abilities who compete in a variety of sports, and who require treatment for sport-specific injuries caused by overtraining, muscle imbalance or inefficient recovery. I currently work with squash players, ice skaters, firefighters, dancers, personal trainers, cyclists, runners and bodybuilders.

If you are about to compete in an event a sports massage will help prepare your body for training and competition. After an event, when your body feels tired and sore, advanced techniques will improve your range of movement and ensure your body recovers quickly.

I also work with individuals, who are not involved in sport, to provide treatment for tension and stress and repetitive strain injuries from postural problems, caused by overuse syndrome or due to work related issues.
