Laura is a qualified yoga teacher with the internationally recognised Yoga Alliance having studied extensively with both the Yoga Alliance and the British Wheel of Yoga. Laura was first introduced to yoga in 2001 and was so inspired that she has kept a dedicated yoga practice ever since. This yoga practice has been complimented by her desire to deepen her knowledge through readings of ancient yogic texts and Indian philosophy which has made her an incredibly knowledgeable yoga teacher.

Laura has been fortunate to have studied yoga with many wonderful and truly inspirational yoga teachers and gives thanks to the teachings of David Swenson, Claire Missingham, Judith Lasater, Shiva Rea and Sadie Nardini.
