Lanes CC Property Management

Lanes CC was established in 1938 by brothers Clarence, Austen and Cyril Lane as a building company. The company expanded into property sales, lettings, renovation and contract maintenance. During their time at the company over 10,000 homes were built and although a small number were retained as rentals the majority were sold. In the last twenty five years the company focus has been on procuring and managing properties and leases throughout the North West. We also renovate market and sell properties and are currently undertaking a substantial investment programme into our existing portfolio of properties. In 2006, as part of the ongoing company expansion we decided to relocate the business to Cheshire and our offices are now based in Wilmslow.
