Having spent many years as an artist and teacher, Noel James founded LACEWING FINE ART in 1979. Since then he has supplied fine works of art to clients, major Institutions and galleries worldwide, specializing in 17th to early 20th Century British and European Paintings, Watercolours, Drawings and Sculpture.
LACEWING FINE ART was founded by Noel James in 1979. We specialise in 17th to early 20th century Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture, by appointment only, and exhibit at major London Fairs. Noel James is a fine Restorer & Conservator in his own right. He is also a FINE ART CONSULTANT, advising and helping clients put together, add to and care for their collections.
Our aim is to work with our clients to offer a very personal service, with help and advice on choosing and finding exactly what they require, and framing and conserving where necessary.
