It was after the birth of my daughter in 2002 that I enrolled on a Holistic Therapies course at Carlisle College, Cumbria. Setting up my own business offering Body Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy to clients. In 2012, I decided to study Sports Massage at Manchester School of Massage in order to be able to enhance my skills and therefore benefit my clients. In 2016, I became a Certified Practitioner of NAT Trigger Point Therapy and in 2017 I gained my On-Site Seated Acupressure Massage qualification and my Lowland Leader qualification which enables me to lead groups in lowland countryside in summer conditions. In 2018 I gained my Dorn Method Therapy & Breuss Massage qualification. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and hold qualifications in Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Sports Massage Therapy.
