We offer a range of treatments designed to help your body recover both fully and quickly from all types of musculoskeletal injuries. We also offer preventative treatments to help avoid injuries and maintenance treatments to keep your body ticking over nicely. For those of you that prefer the gentler approach, we also offer relaxing and rejuvenating treatments.
Emily has been a qualified sports massage therapist since 2002 and a Chartered Physiotherapist since 2008. She completed a Masters in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation in 2012. She has also achieved other related qualifications including Indian Head Massage and Swedish Massage Therapy. She has also gained a vast amount of experience working at hospitals including the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital, University College Hospital, Lewisham University Hospital and the Princess Royal University Hospital.
As well as this, Emily completed her teaching, assessing and verifying qualifications and has worked as a lecturer in Sport since 2005 and is now a Curriculum Supervisor specialising in Sports Massage, Anatomy, Physiology and Nutrition for Sport. She also writes for Awarding Bodies, helping to develop sports qualifications. Riz qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 2008 and went on to complete a Masters in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation in 2012.
