I am passionate about the healing and life-changing power of counselling and psychotherapy, which I have experienced first-hand and in my work with clients. I am accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the BACP Register, which is accredited by the Department of Health. During and after my training I practised in the NHS and the voluntary sector.

Here I worked with a wide range of issues common to people who seek therapy, such as family and relationship issues, anxiety, depression and health problems. Before my training I spent over 20 years in media and consumer research on a national and international level.
