When you contact us, whether by telephone, e-mail or in person, Clare Casson is the first person you're likely to meet. As well as handling initial enquires and reception duties, Clare looks after payroll, bookkeeping, company secretarial work, client administration and our time recording system. Clare joined us in 2006 after first gaining her NVQ in Administration and is currently studying for additional accountancy qualifications.
Janine Kelly graduated from University with a BA (Hons) degree in 2005 and joined us shortly after. She is responsible for accounts production, bookkeeping, VAT work, CIS processing and administration, company secretarial work, and our internal accounts. Janine manages our client systems and is responsible for creating many of them. She also carries out client liaison and troubleshooting, and is currently studying for her AAT qualification.
Co-founder of the business, Ian Knox is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years in practice.
