Knight Pyatt Limited is a highly regarded professional company with a vast amount of experience within the construction industry. We are members of the Association of Building Engineers (ABE), and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) www.rics.org. We are regulated by the RICS and work to high standards of professionalism, policy and ethics that enable us to provide our clients with excellent customer care.

Keith has 45 years experience in architectural design planning and contract administration. His experience spans residential and commercial projects and particularly public sector work on schools. Andrew first worked for Keith Knight in 1996 as an Assistant Building Surveyor where he gained qualifications on a part-time basis from Stockport College and Salford University before graduating in 2003. He then spread his wings and furthered his professional training at the East Cheshire NHS Survey Department before moving onto an Architectural Practice based in Warrington where his expertise developed.

In 2008 he became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association of Building Engineers (ABE), before returning to Macclesfield in 2009 and joining Keith Knight to set up Knight Pyatt Ltd. As a Director of the practice Andrew plans to develop and broaden the company in the long term.
