We are a locally run business originally established in 1977 by Roger Staszewski and previously known as Lynnwood Estates and Addison Hudson. In 1988 the office became part of a larger group and Roger then worked in various estate agent and financial services roles until re-opening at West Denton in 2000 under the name of Kingswood Estates. Thousands of local people have trusted Roger with their property over the last three decades, and he values this reputation. He has a wealth of local knowledge to place at your disposal, whether you have a house to sell or to let. He is assisted by Diane Catherall who has also worked in estate agency locally for many years and is totally committed to the interests of the clients, many of whom comment on her friendly approachability, so important when trying to gain the confidence of the buying public.
