Managing developments of eight or eighty units, Keyholder will provide a cost effective service usually operating under instructions issued by the Directors and Secretary of the Residential Estate Management Company. Management Companies are usually either Private Limited Companies by Guarantee or Shares.We provide a full secretarial service to the Management Company, responding to solicitor's enquiries, collecting and accounting for the service charge, liasing with and making payment to contractors.
