KeyAngels opened its doors at the start of the year in 2009, Kerry decided to start the business after the collapse of the new build industry and the uncertain future this offered in her role as Sales Manager for one of the major UK house builders. The company is soley owned by Shareholder/Director Kerry Corbishley. With over 15 years of experience in the property business, 30 years in business and sales, she could see a niche, without the high costs of the larger agencies and the drive to make the business a success in the current market, she saw an opportunity to build a business ready for the economic cycle to turn again towards growth. Most agencies now offer Sales and Lettings and property management as standard, but in these times where people are feeling the pinch Kerry saw another option, Lodging. People have a mortgage, a reduced income and a spare room, they can turn this into cash!
