The company originated as Kennett Building Services and was formed by Ben Kennett in 2006. After completing many successful projects Ben formed a partnership with Tom Bell which led to the formation of Kennett and Bell Building Services in 2011.
In May 2008 we passed rigorous inspections of previous projects and was accepted into The Guild of Master Craftsmen. The Guild of Master Craftsmen expects their members to carry out their work to a high standard and achieve this by receiving feedback from our clients.
At Kennett and Bell Building Services we believe that the customer should be totally aware of the nature of the work being undertaken, including time frames, full costs with no risks of any hidden extras. We offer a relaxed and no obligation quotation service that will also include a full description of all building work needed to complete your project.
