I have been a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Ealing and serving West London for the past 25 years. Most of us experience personal difficulties and relationship problems at some stage of our lives. Instead of hiding them or trying to manage on our own, it can be a great relief to share them with someone trained to listen in an empathic way.

This is something I can provide. I can give you a safe, confidential and reflective space in which you can share your troubled feelings and thoughts without judgement. I listen carefully and try to understand your past and present difficulties and needs, so that you can gain insight in your own emotions and behaviour, and gradually make changes where helpful.
