Formed in 1993 by K Batty FRICS IRRV (RSA) following on a diverse and distinguished career dealing with all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial property as well as land agency both in private practice (Watson Batty) and the Valuation Office Agency. The ethos of the practice is to provide a first class professional service on a highly personal basis embracing traditional and time honoured skills utilising the very best of up to the minute computerised systems. Our expertise which is over a wide and varied field is specifically in finding pragmatic solutions for difficult property problems and obtaining results where others cannot.
