We are a Legal Firm specialising in Family Law. Our aim is to provide our clients with clear, professional and practical advice to help them make decisions about the best way forward during what can be difficult times. We will always attempt to encourage dialogue and will do our best to achieve a negotiated settlement. However if negotiations are unsuccessful or inappropriate we will raise Court proceedings promptly. We consider it important to offer our clients Legal Aid and will always check to confirm if a client qualifies for such assistance. We appreciate that legal expenses can be of concern and where a client does not qualify for Legal Aid we will discuss fees and methods of payment at an early stage.
