Allan Blackett is steadily establishing himself as a force to be reckoned with in the dynamic field of photography. Having spent much of his life in Carlisle, with a background involving IT support for schools, he has built upon his strengths in management, design and public relations, to pursue and develop a long-held interest in photography. Perhaps a fusion both of an upbringing surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Lake District and Scottish Borders combined with creation of and flare for design have coincided to bring out the best in Allan's creative capacities in all aspects of his photographic work. Allan is involved in many forms of photography, ranging from wedding photography, events and model and studio portraiture.
