We offer a full domestic electrical service. This includes installation and maintenance of lights, sockets, garden lighting and underfloor heating, as well as partial and complete rewires, consumer unit (fuseboard) upgrades and voltage optimisation. We are qualified to test, inspect and certify electrical works to check whether electrical installations are in a satisfactory condition to meet the expectations put in place by the Landlords and Tenant Act 1985. We can check the condition of your electrical wiring and sockets to make sure your home is fire safe. This should be done when you buy a home, every ten years if you are a homeowner and five years if you are a landlord. Energy efficiency: we can advise you on how to make your home more energy efficient, including installing LED lighting technology to make sure your home is as environmentally friendly as possible.
