I work in a dedicated treatment room at home. My aim is not just to treat your pain, but to find the cause, so we can prevent it reoccurring and help you take control. My approach combines treatment and education - helping you understand your injury, and working with you to put it right. I am a mother of three, with my own business, and like to run so I understand how hectic life can be, and how difficult it is to prioritise wellbeing. But if we don't look after ourselves, who will? Regular sports/remedial massage can prevent occurrence of injury and help keep us moving well, highlight potential problems and aid relaxation.
