I came across McTimoney Chiropractic in the 1990s, after trying other forms of treatment for low back pain without success. I immediately liked the gentle, whole body approach and was delighted when my back pain resolved after a course of treatment. Since then, my family and I have all benefitted from regular chiropractic treatment. I was so inspired by this treatment that I eventually decided to attend the McTimoney College of Chiropractic to train as a chiropractor and share this wonderful chiropractic method with other people. I have also trained to become an Emmett Technique practitioner. The Emmett Technique is an extraordinary and subtle technique developed by Ross Emmett which works on muscles and effectively complements McTimoney chiropractic adjustments.
