A fully qualified Practitioner with an established business from 2000, I feel that to keep an excellent practice it is vitally important to continue to update my training to stay in touch with present day techniques. I regularly attend workshops and Practitioner training days to make sure I'm up to date, ensuring my clients always get the maximum benefit from their treatments. I am registered with The Sports Massage Association and hold diplomas in ITEC Sports massage, Anatomy and physiology, Swedish massage, aromatherapy and VTCT diplomas in reflexology and Indian Head massage. I also have qualifications in hot stone massage and Hopi ear candles. Within my complementary practice my aim is to promote the body to heal naturally and believe our body has the ability to do this. Complementary therapy is one of the ways in which we can support our body to stay as healthy as possible.
