Richard Grant; personal biography. This sentiment is at the heart of my puppy and dog training philosophy. I am passionate about giving puppies the best possible start in life and also working with dogs and their guardians to re-balance the dynamics in existing relationships. One of the greatest joys of my profession is when I see clients smile because the technique they have successfully implemented has brought about the desired behaviour in their dog.
