Just Employment Solicitors & Advocates

Just Employment was founded in 1999, in Guildford, to offer a specialist employment law service to employer and employee clients. We were one of the first niche employment law practices. Previously, specialist employment law advice was generally the preserve of large legal firms big enough to sustain an employment department. At least half of solicitors' firms do not offer employment law, recognising its specialist nature.

We have clients from all over Southern England. Half our clients are outside Surrey. In 2009, we opened an office in Brighton and, in 2010, an office near Reading, which is currently used for meetings. In 2012, due to increasing demand from clients in London, we opened our London office, conveniently located in the heart of the West End.

We are different from many of our competitors because we are solicitors.
