In my clinic I draw on my medical knowledge & combine this with both the traditional use and current research on medicinal plants. I respect the body's innate healing ability and believe that by giving ourselves the right 'tools' we can stimulate these natural healing mechanisms.In addition to my clinics in Lewes and Hurstpierpoint, I also work at Hamblys Herbal Dispensary in Wadhurst offering over the counter advice & herbal medicine for acute, simple ailments.In 2011, I qualified as a reflexologist. Through my experiences of reflexology, I have discovered this therapy can have a profound effect on an individual's health & wellbeing. In my practice, I often combine reflexology with herbal medicine as I find these therapies complement each other well.
