I am a qualified and accredited Hypno-psychotherapist. As a therapist I have a firm belief in a person's capacity to change. From the whole of my experience both personally and professionally I sincerely believe that all of us, no matter how old or how long we've had a problem CAN CHANGE.

Through our sessions I can teach you skills to help you cope better with life's ups and downs. Who shows us how to cope when everything seems to be going wrong? The advice usually goes along the lines of "just get over it" or "think positive". Not much use are they? Through learning skills to change negative thinking, we can learn to weather the storm effectively rather than hoping these things will just go away.
