All of our cookery classes are hands-on and hosted in a professional but convivial, relaxed setting. Our guests are given a warm welcome and immediately feel at ease. We want you to have fun with like minded people and pick up some great skills along the way. You will leave with the confidence and inspiration to recreate what you have learnt in your own home.
Everyone works around a very large quartz island keeping this a sociable experience. We have a very well equipped kitchen with several ovens and hobs. Each cookery class ends with a feast and complimentary wine and beer but you will also have lots of food to take home to wow your loved ones. We are respectful of your time and money spent and fit more in our workshops than many other cookery schools in a much longer time frame. Julia spent some years catering for cast and crew in TV and film in Hollywood, California. It was during this time that Julia’s love and penchant for fusion food truly developed. On returning to live in London Julia worked for The Spectator, responsible for the arts clients. She also cooked directors lunches and wrote a regular column for a foodie magazine and for The Guardian. She has directed workshops at London’s Fortnum & Mason, and numerous food festivals.
