Julia Toms Photography

I love photography and everything associated with it, from meeting new clients and discussing their wedding plans, through to being wind blasted on a beach shooting for watersports magazines. One of my specialities is documentary/reportage weddings photography and it is a pleasure to be chosen to part of the creative process to capture a couple's perfect day, engagement or portrait shoot.

I have always had a camera in my hand since a very young age. I then took my camera and snowboard to the French Alps for 6 months in pursuit of some winter sports. Capturing action on film turned out to be an expensive process and a slow learning curve. As soon as I got back to England I bought my first Digital SLR and a set of different lenses, and then made my way back to the Alps for another 6 months of snow.

In 2006 I quit my job and went freelance. I have never looked back and absolutely love my job and am always looking for new and exciting clients to add to my portfolio.
