Judo Club Esprit is the ideal place to learn judo, whatever your age, ability or ambition in the sport. We specialise in teaching judo to children aged 5-15, our players range from novice to international. We believe that judo is an excellent activity for all ages, as it helps develop co-ordination, balance, fitness, flexibility and most importantly self-confidence. Judo Club Esprit would like to help children learn the art of judo, not just self defence or combat. We want them to grow up fit, healthy and learning in a fun manner but also aware of the judo culture, respect, courtesy and honour.
