Judith Gunion's Sports Massage Practice at the Fit Room in central Ipswich specialises in sports massage, deep tissue bodywork and injury prevention and rehabilitation. I do structural bodywork to help with muscle imbalance, posture correction and core toning. At the Fit Room our goal is to identify the source of your pain and then treat it using a variety of bodywork techniques while providing a relaxing and peaceful environment.
