The partners and staff have a wide range of experience and the company is able to provide specialist advice in the following areas - residential, commercial and agricultural property, historic building renovation and project management, including grant scheme applications, surveys and valuations, including condition reports and building surveys, energy performance certificates, telecommunication negotiations (installation and lease renewal/rent reviews), renewable energy contracts, wayleaves and easements, and agricultural and industrial land management. We currently manage over 30,000 acres of land for various clients, making us one of the largest providers of non-institutional land management in Wales.
