I came to Jonathan Rees through 3 very good recommendations. These recommendations did not disappoint. We have received excellent and truly professional service with a very human interface that being Kim Gray. She has an excellent way of relating to landlord and also being fair to the tenant. She also follows through and makes things happen. We asked a lot of the company and through a very efficient staff at the Romsey branch much has been completed. Our 'buy to let' needed renovating fully. Kim met me at the property asked me about what I felt needed doing then asked what my budget was. She has stuck to that managing to juggle various tradesmen to boot. I hasten to add this has all been done whilst we relocated to the USA. Both my husband and myself cannot say how highly we would recommend this particular branch. It is clear it is a well-managed piece of machinery and this duly serves the customers well. Thank you to all the staff on a great job and absolutely no stress at our end.
