Jon Hatton Guitar Tuition

I am a passionate musician and have developed this through learning a range of instruments. I have over ten years experience teaching students from a range of backgrounds, abilities and ages both privately and within schools. When I am not guitar teaching I am often involved in my own music projects, such as performing with local bands at various functions, song writing and accompanying other musicians. I have also developed my experience of supporting students with additional needs and this is something I find particularly rewarding.

I feel this experience is invaluable for my teaching, and I enjoy working with students to help achieve similar musical goals of their own. My musical education covers GCSE music, an A-Level in music, a Diploma in Music from the Brighton Institute of Modern Music, a Foundation Degree in Music awarded by the University of Essex in addition to numerous grades from Rockschool, ABRSM and Trinity Guildhall.
