We have a highly trained and motivated team of veterinary surgeons and nurses, ably supported by the administrative staff. We offer all our clients a 24 hour emergency care service from our Tain surgery. In case of emergency contact us on 01862 894223. The practice is a training practice for veterinary nurses in conjunction with North Highland College, Thurso. Johnston and Farrell moved into a new, purpose built surgery in February 2010. The surgery was constructed with a view to offering the best care possible for our small animal patients and to allow our staff to work comfortably in a specially designed environment.

We stock a wide range of pet foods and supplies as well as worming, tick and flea treatments. Should you require something you can't see, just ask one of the staff, who will do their best to help you out. We have daily deliveries from our wholesaler and can usually supply what's needed within 24 hours.
