Johnboys Catering is serving up its own take on authentic paella and tapas to people throughout the UK. Using the freshest ingredients and unique 'homemade' recipes, we are currently taking farmer's markets, festivals and sporting events by storm and building a reputation for creating that different taste experience.
The brainchild of experienced chef John Millard, Johnboys Catering has built a cult following for its scratch-made dishes that range from chicken and seafood to its 'special' vegetarian Paella - all prepared in front of you in our traditional Paella pans. We are passionate about the freshness of our food and are continually looking at developing a range of different variations of paella and also a range of Tapas dishes.
In John's words, it's all about moving away from the 'processed' to the 'great tasting scratch made alternative'.
