The brainchild of experienced chef John Millard, Johnboys Catering has built a cult following for its scratch-made dishes that range from chicken and seafood to its 'special' vegetarian Paella - all prepared in front of you in our traditional Paella pans. We are passionate about the freshness of our food and are continually looking at developing a range of different variations of paella and also a range of Tapas dishes.
In John's words, it's all about moving away from the 'processed' to the 'great tasting scratch made alternative'.
