Welcome to the John Lester Partnership website, Construction Cost Advisers, Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Management Consultants, based in the East Midlands. The Practice was founded in 1992 by the current senior partner, John Lester, to provide a flexible and efficient range of modern professional construction cost and management services to a wide range of construction industry clients, from our offices in Lutterworth near Leicester.

The detailed services have evolved over the years, but the philosophy of offering dynamic professional services to the industry's highest standards, whilst retaining competitive fee levels still remains our overriding principle.
