We aim to give each client peace of mind, excellent quality of work, without paying rip off prices. Ever had a tradesperson NOT turn up? We don't always get it right but our record so far is pretty impressive, even if we do say so ourselves. If we say we will be there, we will do everything to honour that promise and if for some reason we can't, we will try all avenues to let the customer know in advance rather that just not turning up.
