We also know that engine technology is continually advancing, so there’s no substitute for on-going training either. Although we specialise in Volkswagen and Audi marques, we have the expertise to service and repair all makes and models. We are also qualified to carry out warranty work on vehicles as we use OEM automotive parts. Developing long term relationships with all our customers is our priority. Thanks to their feedback, via our customer surveys, we’re able to make changes that really matter to them. The one change we won’t be making is to our level of customer services; that will remain unreservedly high.
