Joanne Demirkazik

I have been working as a counsellor since 1999. I work in an integrated way using my training in therapies such as, transactional analysis, person centred, gestalt and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I am an accredited member of the British Association of counsellors and psychotherapists (BACP) which means I have completed a substantial level of training and experience which has been approved by an organisation that regulates counselling and psychotherapy. I have experience working in different settings such as occupational health, education, NHS, Employment Assistance Programmes (EAP) and the voluntary sector. I worked for several years as a lecturer on counselling courses from introductory level to degree level. I am also able to offer supervision to other counsellors.
